< Back

The TIP 55 manual developed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) offers skills and resources to service providers working with people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. It outlines types of homelessness and stages of recovery, including substance use screening and supportive treatment (SAMHSA, 2012).

A supplemental Literature Review was printed in 2015.
