 National Women’s Health Week

The federal government’s Office on Women’s Health created National Women’s Health Week as a way to remind women and girls to make their health a priority and take care of themselves. National Women’s Health Week, which begins each Mother’s Day, also encourages women to consider the factors that influence their mental health, such as managing stress, in order to ward off anxiety and depression.
