Notice of Intent to Act upon a Regulation Proposed Regulation
The Nevada State Board of Examiners for Alcohol, Drug, and Gambling Counselors will hold a public hearing at 9:30 a.m., on February 11, 2022. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from all interested persons regarding the adoption of regulations that pertain to chapter 641C of the Nevada Administrative Code (LCB File No. R046-21). The following information is provided pursuant to the requirements of NRS 233B.0603:
- This regulation is needed to authorize electronic supervision of interns and to authorize an intern to request an extension of time to complete his or her education and supervision requirements for full licensure.
- This regulation is not a temporary regulation.
