Demonstrating the Value of Enabling Services at Health Centers

Examples include transportation, interpretation or translation services for patients with limited English proficiency, referral for food or housing support, financial eligibility assistance for uninsured patients, outreach and more. This webinar will help participants think about how tracking and evaluating these services is essential for health centers to demonstrate their value to patients, providers, payers, policymakers, etc.
