This 3-day non-residential retreat in Reno, NV will utilize evidence-based strategies and experiential learning techniques in order to explore:
- Daily self-care strategies and practices to enhance short- and long-term health and well-being.
- The behavior change process, as well as, techniques for engaging and motivating patients.
- The dimensions of wellbeing and their role in patient health outcomes.
COVID-19 Safety
Self-care is critical right now, and we are committed to offering the safest environment possible. The retreat will be held in an open-air tent and each participant will have at least 6-feet of space that will not be shared.
