Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) is held for two full 8 hour days, 8 AM to 5 PM. It is limited to 15 participants. Due to the intense nature of the training, ASIST is held in-person. COVID social distancing and health and safety protocols will be in effect.
ASIST has been approved for Continuing Education Units by the Dept. of Education, POST, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Psychological Examiners, Social Workers, and SNHD. Nurses, CPC/MFTs, ADGCs may apply Social Workers CEUs toward their license requirements.
